SCOTUS will hear anti-union Janus case attacking Fair share fees

After the unprecedented U.S. Senate rules change to allow newly-appointed Justice Neil Gorsich to be seated by a simple majority, anti-union forces have teed up another case, Janus vs AFSCME, that again seeks to financially weaken unions by rigging the rules and eliminating fair share fees.
