In a recent nationwide survey, taken following a series of teacher actions in Republican-controlled states in the last year, Americans support a teachers’ right to strike by a ratio of three to one. Among the strongest support for striking educators came from parents who have children in schools where strikes occurred- indicating parents see teachers advocating for educational improvement directly benefits their children.
